Our pieces are water and sweat-resistant, perfect for everyday wear. For extra longevity, we recommend removing them before swimming or long showers

Stainless steel is designed to last, and our gold plating resists fading. Over time, light scratches or a subtle shift in tone may appear - this is natural with daily wear

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our pieces are free from nickel, copper, and other common irritants, making them safe for sensitive skin

How should I care for my jewelry?

We recommend wiping pieces with a soft cloth after wear to remove oils and smudges. Store them in a dry place away from the sun when not in use

How long does shipping take?

5-7 business days after your order has been processed (1-2 business days). Pre-order or out-of-stock pieces may take longer - please email us if with your order number if you have any questions

 

Can I change my order?

We’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed. If you forgot to add something, email us as soon as possible we’ll do our best to combine items and reduce extra shipping fees

Do you recommend repurchasing pieces?

If you love a design, we suggest refreshing it once a year. Your original piece will continue to last, but this ensures you always have one that looks brand new

What packaging do you use?

Each piece comes in biodegradable packaging for the jewelry and paper inserts. Our mailing envelopes are not biodegradable, but we keep shipments minimal to reduce waste
