How do I put on my bangle?
The bangle opens with a gentle tension mechanism. Hold it at the seam and use your index finger and thumb to push slightly up and down to separate the ends, never twist. Place it on your wrist through the opening, then let it close in the same manner. The oval shape ensures a secure, comfortable fit once it’s on
Is it real gold?
Sonaa uses 18k gold bonded to premium stainless steel through a high-pressure fusion process. The result is jewelry that looks and feels luxurious, yet is sweat-proof, shower-safe, and built for real life
Will my jewelry change color?
Stainless steel is designed to last, and our gold bonding resists fading. Over time, light scratches or a subtle shift in tone may appear - this is natural with daily wear
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our pieces are free from nickel, copper, and other common irritants, making them hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin
How should I care for my jewelry?

How long does shipping take?
5-7 business days after your order has been processed (1-2 business days). Pre-order or out-of-stock pieces may take longer - please email us if with your order number if you have any questions
Can I change my order?
If you forgot to add something, email us as soon as possible at hello@sonaajewelry.com and we’ll do our best to combine items and reduce extra shipping fees
Do you recommend repurchasing pieces?
If you love a design, we suggest refreshing it once a year. Your original piece will continue to last, but this ensures you always have one that looks brand new
What packaging do you use?
Each piece comes in biodegradable packaging for the jewelry and paper inserts. Some of our mailing envelopes are not biodegradable, but we keep shipments minimal to reduce waste
