Shipping & Return Policy FAQ

 Do you offer free shipping?

  • We offer unlimited free shipping on US and Canada orders, and on worldwide orders over $75

How soon will I get my order?

  • Your order will be handled and shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase (except weekends and US holidays). A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.
  • Domestic orders will be delivered after order dispatch. If you choose domestic expedited shipping, your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days after order dispatch.
  • International orders will take 10-15 business days to arrive, depending on the country. 

What should I do if I gave the incorrect shipping address?

  • Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for the lost package due to the wrong shipping address.  Please email us at hello@sonaajewelry.com immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

How do I return?

  • To start a return email us at hello@sonaajewelry.com, and we will help you with further instructions
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Request and ship the products back within 30 days of receipt of your shipment 
  • Items purchased from Sale section are not returnable
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact

Are there any charges for return? 

  • International return is not free. The customers need to generate and ship the products themselves to out warehouse. To start an international return, please email hello@sonaajewelry.com
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10-14 working days after approval.
